Return / Exchange Procedures

  • You may return / exchange eligible products anytime within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned products must be unused (e.g. items cannot be worn, washed, damaged or altered). We also cannot accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be sent back with the packing slip included in your original order.
  • You must contact our customer care team at customercare@vovoya.com to report the return.
  • You can get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number calling our Customer Care Support.
  • You will be required to pay the shipping costs for any products that are returned to us.
  • Any products that are sent back that do not follow our return guidelines will not be processed and no credit will be issued.
  • Items marked as *Final sale* are not eligible for returns.
  • Once we've registered your RMA and received your returned product, a full credit to your account or a refund to your credit card will be processed.
  • We aim to process all returns within one (1) week of receiving the item. Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team via Email.
  • Please note that final decisions on returns are subject to Vovoya's discretion, returns sent back without RMA's will not be processed

How do I find out the status of my order?

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped to the address you provided, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order is on the way.

Where do we ship to?

  • At this point, we ship to 48 contiguous states in the United States and are unable to ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. We do not ship to APO, FPO, PO Box addresses as well. Currently we do not ship to Canada.
